Email support@zomone.app and a real person will get back to you, usually within a day.
An iPhone on iOS 17 or later, and Sonos speakers on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone.
Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as your speakers (not a guest network, and not cellular). Then pull down to refresh.
Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network and turn on Zomone. The app can't see your speakers without it.
Zomone doesn't play music itself. Start audio the way you already do (Spotify, AirPlay, Apple Music, or your TV), then open Zomone, tap the room that's playing, and switch on the other rooms you want.
Yes. Tap the room with the TV and switch on other rooms. The TV's own speaker keeps playing too, and rooms away from the TV run slightly behind the picture. That's normal for TV audio sent over Wi-Fi.
Zomone remembers which rooms you grouped. If one leaves the group on its own while the music keeps playing (it happens), Zomone shows an alert. Tap Rejoin to put it back, or Dismiss if you meant it.
Yes. If no speakers are found, tap Try the Demo to explore a simulated house.
